Listen to some calming classical music and boost your self-esteem.

Classical music can calm the mind, heal the body and make the spirit soar. Chose whatever type you enjoy. Slow "Largo" movements of Baroque music is supposed to help with learning and memory. Other music like that of Mozart are supposed to increase intelligence and creativity. The verdict is still not in on the validity of these researches. The fact is that good classical music does relax one and lowers one's stress level.

So spend an evening just listening to good classical music and improve your health and boost your self-esteem.
