| Mr. Coen's Personal Comment:
For the past 18 of my 35 years in practice, I have specialized in
Adoption Law, primarily in domestic adoptions, but also, a small percentage
involving children residing in a country other than the USA. I have successfully
completed in excess of 2500 adoptions.
Background Information:
Al Coen was admitted to practice in Arizona in 1963, to California in
1964, and to the Supreme Court of the United States in 1967. He is a member of
the State Bar of Arizona, the State Bar of California, and the Orange County Bar
Association.
In addition to his expertise and enthusiasm in adoption
matters, Mr. Coen extends himself to community and civic involvement, including
three terms as Mayor of the City of Huntington Beach. His extensive service
record includes roles as Director or Board Member of a wide range of community
interest such as Huntington Beach Playhouse, and Huntington Beach Community
Counseling Center.
